Its principle is to use the characteristic that blue-green algae have absorption peaks and emission peaks in the spectrum, emit monochromatic light at the absorption peak of the blue-green algae spectrum to irradiate the water, and the blue-green algae in the water absorb the energy of monochromatic light, releasing monochromatic light of another wavelength emission peak. The light intensity emitted by the blue-green algae is proportional to the content of blue-green algae in the water. This product is widely used to monitor the concentration of microalgae such as marine harbors, green algae and cyanobacteria such as river and lake reservoirs, and determine the concentration of green algae in the treatment project of green algae cultivation equipment.
